69ph Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "69ph", "we", "us", or "our" refers to 69ph and its parent entity, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors operating the online gaming platform accessible at 69ph.asia.
• "Platform" means the 69ph website (69ph.asia), mobile site, any associated applications, and all gaming products, services, and features made available therein.
• "User", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the 69ph Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the individual registered account created by a User on the Platform.
• "Wallet" refers to the in-platform balance associated with a User's Account, denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP).
• "Game" refers to any betting, wagering, casino, or gaming product offered through the Platform, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slots, bingo, and Mines Grand.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any non-cashable promotional credits or free bet awards granted to a User subject to specific wagering conditions.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority that licenses and oversees 69ph's operations.

By accessing the 69ph Platform, completing the account registration process, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, including any additional terms, policies, and guidelines incorporated by reference herein, such as the 69ph Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and 69ph. They apply to all Users regardless of how or where they access the Platform — via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other interface. The convenience of accessing 69ph from your GCash-linked smartphone does not alter the legal force of these Terms.

To be eligible to register and use the 69ph Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age as required by applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. Persons below 21 years of age are strictly prohibited from using the Platform.
• You are a natural person with the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You are physically located within the Philippines or in a jurisdiction where accessing the 69ph Platform is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, agent of 69ph, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or 69ph, whether voluntarily or involuntarily imposed.
• You have not been previously banned or suspended from the 69ph Platform for a violation of these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

4.1 Registration

To access the full features of the 69ph Platform, you must register for an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested during the registration process. You agree to maintain and promptly update your Account information to keep it accurate and current at all times.

Each individual may hold only one (1) active Account on the Platform. The creation or maintenance of multiple Accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of balances where fraud or abuse is determined.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTP) issued to your registered mobile number. You agree to:

• Select a strong, unique password and change it regularly.
• Never share your Account credentials with any other person.
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Immediately notify 69ph of any suspected unauthorized access to your Account.
• Enable SMS OTP authentication as an additional security layer where possible.

69ph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. All activity conducted through your Account is deemed to have been authorized by you unless you notify 69ph of unauthorized access without unreasonable delay.

4.3 Know Your Customer (KYC)

In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and applicable anti-money laundering legislation in the Philippines, 69ph may require you to complete identity verification procedures at any stage of your Account lifecycle. This may include submission of government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete required KYC steps within stipulated timeframes may have deposits frozen and withdrawal requests suspended pending compliance.

5.1 Deposits

All deposits to your 69ph Wallet must be made using payment methods accepted by the Platform, which include but are not limited to GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Deposits must be funded from accounts or payment methods legally owned by and registered to the Account holder. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Minimum deposit amounts are as specified on the Wallet page and may vary by payment method. 69ph does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, third-party payment processors may apply their own transaction fees, for which 69ph bears no responsibility.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of applicable KYC requirements and any outstanding wagering conditions attached to Bonus Funds credited to your Account. Withdrawals are made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible, consistent with anti-money laundering obligations.

• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are specified on the Wallet page.
• Verified accounts are processed with priority. Unverified accounts may experience processing delays.
• 69ph reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by method: e-wallets typically within 24 hours; bank transfers within 1–3 business days.

5.3 Currency

All transactions on the 69ph Platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). Any currency conversion costs arising from international payment methods are borne solely by the User.

All wagers placed on the 69ph Platform are subject to the specific rules governing each game or betting market, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms & Conditions and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to that particular game.

• All bets are final once confirmed. 69ph does not accept bet cancellation requests except in circumstances expressly provided for in individual game rules (e.g., event postponement, void events).
• 69ph reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where a technical error, system failure, or manifest pricing error has occurred, and to refund the wagered amount to the User's Wallet.
• In the event of connectivity issues during live in-play betting, the outcome determined by the 69ph server at the time of the bet placement shall be binding.
• Maximum bet limits apply per event, market, and account, as specified within the betting interface. 69ph reserves the right to adjust these limits at its discretion.
• Winning bets are credited to your Wallet upon settlement. Settlement timelines depend on the event type and any applicable review procedures.
• All casino game outcomes, including live dealer results, are generated through certified random number generators or real-world physical processes and are subject to independent audit. Disputes regarding outcomes must be submitted to 69ph support within 72 hours of the relevant game round.

From time to time, 69ph may offer Users promotional bonuses, cashback awards, free spins, free bets, reload bonuses, or other incentive programs. All such promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonus Funds and free bet awards are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before any withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted. Wagering requirements are specified in each promotion's terms.
• Promotions are available to eligible Users only. 69ph reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion.
• Abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim a bonus more than once, systematic betting to exploit bonus terms, or any other form of promotional fraud — will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all associated Bonus Funds and winnings.
• Promotional offers are valid for the periods specified in their respective terms. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• 69ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus Funds are not transferable and have no cash value except upon satisfaction of all applicable wagering requirements.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 69ph Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances where supported by evidence, and potential referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering while under 21 years of age or providing false age information during registration or KYC.
• Creating or operating multiple Accounts to circumvent restrictions, claim bonuses fraudulently, or obscure identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion with other players or any form of match-fixing, insider information use, or coordinated betting activity designed to manipulate outcomes.
• Attempting to launder funds through the 69ph Platform in violation of Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001) and its amendments.
• Engaging in any form of hacking, reverse engineering, or interference with the Platform's technical infrastructure.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or other anonymizing technology to circumvent geographical restrictions or security systems.
• Posting, transmitting, or otherwise distributing harmful, defamatory, or abusive content through any communication feature of the Platform.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes or facilitates terrorism financing, sanctions evasion, or any other activity prohibited under Philippine law.

69ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices in alignment with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework. We provide the following tools to all registered Users from within their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limits take effect immediately when set and can only be increased after a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Users may configure maximum loss thresholds per time period to prevent uncontrolled spending.
• Session Time Limits: Users may restrict the length of individual gaming sessions and receive automatic notifications when limits are approaching.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Users may take a mandatory break from the Platform ranging from 24 hours to 90 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Users who believe their gambling has become problematic may request permanent self-exclusion. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for a minimum period of one (1) year.
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up notifications reminding Users of their session duration and spending during that session.

All content, software, design elements, trademarks, logos, graphics, text, imagery, and other materials available on the 69ph Platform (collectively, "Platform Content") are the exclusive property of 69ph or its licensors and are protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws, including copyright and trademark legislation.

69ph grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. This license does not permit you to: reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any Platform Content without the prior written consent of 69ph.

The "69ph" brand name, logo, and all associated marks are trademarks of 69ph. Unauthorized use of any 69ph trademark — including in any domain name, social media handle, advertising material, or impersonation scheme — is strictly prohibited and will be pursued through appropriate legal channels.

The 69ph Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 69ph makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Platform, the accuracy of information provided, or the uninterrupted availability of services.

• 69ph shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including losses attributable to system downtime, technical errors, or connectivity failures.
• In jurisdictions that do not permit the exclusion or limitation of liability for certain categories of damages, 69ph's aggregate liability shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to the Platform in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
• 69ph is not responsible for the conduct of third-party game providers whose products are made available through the Platform. Any technical malfunction of a third-party game shall be governed by that provider's own terms and the applicable game rules.
• Gambling outcomes are inherently uncertain. 69ph does not guarantee any return on wagers placed. You acknowledge that all gaming activity involves financial risk and that you may lose some or all funds deposited.

69ph collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with the 69ph Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data privacy laws, including Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

This information is used to operate your Account, process transactions, comply with regulatory obligations, prevent fraud, and where applicable, send you relevant platform communications.

69ph reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, we will notify registered Users through one or more of the following methods: a notice posted prominently on the Platform, an in-account notification, or a message to your registered mobile number.

Amended Terms become effective on the date specified in the updated document. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date of the amendment.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to any conflict of law principles that would direct the application of the laws of another jurisdiction.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, or your use of the 69ph Platform, shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice from either party, the dispute shall be submitted to the appropriate courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over the matter, and to which both parties hereby irrevocably submit.

Users who believe that their rights as a 69ph account holder have been violated may also lodge a complaint with PAGCOR, the regulatory authority overseeing 69ph's operations in the Philippines.
